Karine Savard

Quebec - Canada She is an artist and designer based in Montreal. For more than 20 years, she has been developing a practice centered on movie posters, where research intersects with photography, graphic design, and text. Her work also explores advertising spaces as venues for artistic intervention and expression. She holds a Ph.D. in Visual and Media Arts from the **Université du Québec à Montréal** and a bachelor’s degree in Design from **Concordia University**. She has exhibited her work at venues such as the **Staatliche Museen Berlin**, the **Cinémathèque québécoise**, **Dazibao Centre for Contemporary Art**, and the **Leonard & Bina Ellen Gallery**. His work has been recognized in Canada and internationally, and was recently added to the collection of the **Kunstbibliothek Berlin**.
